How billing works

Transparent pricing that flexes with your needs

Part One

What things cost

Everything we make has its own published rate card showing the price, what's included, and what drives costs.

Assets

Priced per item, these are ready-to-post videos, images and written outputs.

Sprints

Priced per project, these are one-off projects that strengthen the show's foundations.

Services

Priced per hour, these are bespoke strategy and production work that falls outside the assets and sprints.

What rate cards unlock

Speed, flexibility, and a bill where every dollar can be traced to its source.

Precise and transparent

See what moves prices

Every card lists the things that move its price: runtime, speakers, clips, rounds of changes. So you can see what investing more or less in that deliverable would look like.

See what every dollar bought

Every line on your bill is a real deliverable at a rate you can look up. No vague bundling, no retainer you can't see inside.

Moves fast

Instant prices

Every item has a price, so you get a number the moment you ask. Everything on the rate cards is open to you from day one, no new agreement needed.

Adjusts on the spot

Ask for more mid-month and it's added. Change your mind and it comes off. Neither has to wait for a re-scope or new quote.

Moves with you

Change the mix

Which assets you take is up to you. Episodes one month, clips and a trailer the next.

Change the details

You can change how far we go on each asset. Invest more production value in your favorites, or shave some off where you'd rather save on cost.

Part Two

How you pay

Two ways to run the account. Choose one to see how it works.

Best if your volume moves around from month to month.

You ask for what you want, when you want it, at our standard rates. There's no commitment and no minimum, so you can run a heavy month and go quiet the next.

No commitment

There's nothing to renew and nothing to cancel. Go quiet one month, heavy the next.

Standard rates

Every item is charged at its published rate card price.

Billed on completion

Work becomes billable once it's finished, and bills usually go out at the end of the month.

What a bill looks like

Every bill is a list of the things we delivered, their prices, and the rate cards breaking down the details.
