Terms for connected Google accounts

• You authorise Supermix to upload and schedule videos on the YouTube channel you connect, to change the scheduled time of videos we uploaded when you move a release date, and to read the channel’s identity and the status of those videos so you can confirm the right channel is linked and see what is scheduled or live. We do not edit videos we did not upload, and we never delete videos, comments or playlists.
• You confirm you have the authority to grant that access for the channel and the organisation it belongs to.
• Videos go out only when you publish them from the Studio or ask Supermix team members to publish them for you, with the title, description, thumbnail, schedule and privacy status you set or approve.

Supermix uses YouTube API Services to publish to your channel. By connecting a channel you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google’s handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. You remain responsible for making sure the content published to your channel through the Studio complies with YouTube’s terms, community guidelines and policies, and that you hold the rights and permissions it needs.

We use the access you grant only as described in our Privacy Policy: to publish what you publish from the Studio or ask us to publish, and to keep the connection working. We store the tokens Google issues encrypted, never show them to Supermix team members or send them to a browser, and do not use Google user data for advertising, sell it, or use it to train AI models. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You can disconnect a channel at any time from Settings → Connections in the Supermix Studio, by asking us to disconnect it for you, or by removing Supermix’s access in your Google Account permissions. When the channel is disconnected in the Studio we ask Google to revoke the grant, delete our copy of the tokens and stop publishing to the channel. Our Privacy Policy explains what happens when you remove access in Google instead. Content already published stays on your channel under your control.

YouTube controls its own platform. We are not responsible for actions it takes, such as removing content, applying strikes, changing its API, imposing quotas or having outages, though we will do our best to work around them and keep you informed. Publishing through the Supermix Studio is provided with reasonable skill and care but otherwise “as is”, and any liability between us is governed by your services agreement.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the effective date at the top.
