Four steps from recording to published episode. You send the files, we write a plan you approve, everything lands on one page ready to download, and we publish it everywhere you want it.
Step 1: Submit
Send your files and tell us what you want made.
Drop the recording in Slack or email it over, along with any context: what you're after, where it's going, anything to avoid. A sentence is enough. So is a brief.
Step 2: Plan
We write the plan. You approve it.
Before anything gets made, you get a single page listing every deliverable we'll produce from what you sent. Change anything, or approve it in one click. Production starts the moment you do.
Step 3: Deliver
Everything lands on one page, ready to download.
When it's done, you get a link. Every deliverable from the plan, final versions, in the formats you need. Download one or grab them all.
Step 4: Publish
Say the word and we put it everywhere.
Happy with it? Tell us to publish. We schedule the episode on YouTube, Spotify and Apple Podcasts and roll the clips out on TikTok and Instagram, on your calendar.
